Auckland Harbour Cruise and fishing onboard Rakoa Charters. We have been successfully trading as a fully skippered charter boat for 12 years cruising in Auckland Harbour, Waitemata Harbour and outlying islands. Owner/Skipper – Murray Gatt is a fully qualified experienced Commercial Launch Master, together with two fully qualified experienced skippers, Marc Taylor and Richard Wright. We assure our clients of a fun and exciting time aboard Rakoa, whether it’s cruising in Auckland Harbour or fishing in Waitemata Harbour and outlying islands. We offer an onboard bbq, hangi, together with several other fun things. (See below). Our food is always fresh on the day and of highest standard. On boarding Rakoa we will explain all our safety procedures as safety is of the utmost importance to us during your cruise. Rakoa is a 44’ Pelin Empress, Maritime Safety Approved vessel and has a cruising speed of 13 – 16 knots. We have all the latest up to date equipment and fully equipped galley. We offer an onboard bbq or onboard Hangi or you are welcome to self cater. There is no extra charge for use of galley utensils/bbq/corkage.
