On behalf of Acclaim Group Limited and all those present on the Rakoa boat on Monday 17th of December, we would just like to thank you and our skipper for the day, Ray, and not forgetting our chef, Mark, for a wonderful day. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and were made very welcome on board. Mark was wonderful with helping us with the breakfast and insisted on washing up the pots even though he didn't have to. Ray was a most considerate skipper; he moved the boat to find a good fishing spot, he helped with the lines and catching the fish and didn't belittle anyone for not being a fisherman, he noticed when people started to feel ill and moved to a calmer spot. Both were pleasant natured and very relaxed which echoed throughout the boat. The whole day was a complete success and we would like to say once again thank you. We would definitely recommend 'The Rakoa Experience' to others and who knows, maybe we'll see you again next year? Well done. We are wrting to extend our thanks for the wonderful services that you provided us on our Christmas Cruise on Friday the 14th of December. Our staff & clients thoroughly enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere and excellent service provided by your crew members. The cruise was pleasantly topped off by an unforgettable sunset and a well-chosen place of anchorage by the captain. We would also like to pass on our deepest apologies to the captain on our cruise, for the inexcusable actions of a staff member. Once again we would like to thank you for the excellent night that your staff provided for our Christmas party and will be recommending your services in future.

We would like to pass on our sincere thanks for a fantastic day on the water! Our staff party on board "Rakoa" was a day to be remembered by all. The skipper and crew were both competent and hospitable taking us to excellent fishing spots and great cooks we enjoyed our BBQ lunch!
